A community of fathers of NCDS students was tapped to be involved in this project to speak about why their families chose our school for their daughters' education. Working in leadership at other independent schools in the area, they had a unique perspective on the admissions process, the competitive independent school landscape in New England, and what it takes to run a school effectively and ethically. I interviewed each participant on their experience as an NCDS parent - how they've seen their daughter(s) grow, how our teachers care for the students, and what encouraged their families to choose us.

This video has been used as an admissions tool to encourage applications for the 2025/26 school year, shown at prospective parent events and distributed via email to our applicant pool.
